TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The service

Next Phase Tactics ("we", "us") provides a tactics board, matchday tracker and related tools for grassroots football coaches ("you"). Players and parents who open a shared link or vote in a Player of the Match poll do not need an account.

2. Free trial

New coaches get a 14-day free trial with full access. No card is needed. When the trial ends you need a paid plan to keep using the coach tools.

3. Plans and payment

Season Pass: £45, paid once, giving 12 months' access from the date of payment. It does not renew automatically.

Monthly: £5 per month, charged automatically each month until you cancel.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices include any applicable VAT.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel the Monthly plan at any time from the Membership page. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

The Season Pass simply ends after 12 months unless you buy another one.

5. Data retention after cancellation

When your paid access or free trial ends, your account, squad, saved plays, match records and notes are kept for 30 days.

If you take out a plan within those 30 days, everything is restored exactly as you left it.

After 30 days your account and all of its data are permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

6. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

7. Your content

You own the squads, plays and notes you create. You are responsible for having permission to store players' names and for what you share with players and parents.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects what you pay, we will tell you before it applies.
